1. Order Processing

3. Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. All oversize items will be shipped through trusted LTL carriers. The carrier used will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States [and Canada or Alaska, if applicable].

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside our listed regions.

  • Oversized or heavy equipment may require freight shipping. Additional handling time and fees may apply.

5. Freight Shipping (Oversized Equipment)

  • Large or heavy items will be shipped via freight carrier.

  • Freight orders will require delivery to a commercial address or arrangements for curbside delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for inspecting freight shipments upon delivery and noting any damage with the carrier before signing the delivery receipt.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

  • For lost or missing shipments, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please allow time for an investigation before a replacement or refund is issued.

8. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been shipped.

  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will make every effort to update it before shipment, but changes are not guaranteed.
